Access programmes

The Rai, in compliance with law 103 from 14 April 1975, provides space for trade unions, religious denominations, political movements, cultural and political bodies and associations, ethnic and linguistic groups and other groups of social relevance who request it, within their radio-TV programming.
The Access areas are governed by a special subcommittee of the Parliamentary Commission for Surveillance on Radio-TV Services.
