![]() IntroductionNarrating voice is an experimental project the social action is proposing to social workers as well as to other sectors. Besides enhancing the cultural heritage of the RAI archives, the project can also be extremely useful for scholastic and, more generally, didactic activities regarding students with visual disabilities and other students too. Through the voices of great Italian theatre performers such as Vittorio Gassman, Carmelo Bene, Gian Maria Volonté, Arnoldo Foà, Gabriele Lavia, Romolo Valli, Rossella Falk and many others, classical passages of Italian literature are rediscovered and spread. Pirandello, Leopardi, Dante, Campana, Verga, Calvino are the authors who have been selected for this journey inside narrated writing. The project has been supervised by Rino Maenza for the Social Secretariat in collaboration with the RAI Audio and Video Library and RAI Radio Division. Pasquale Santoli, Ettore Pacetti and Nadia Sartini are also to be thanked. The background music is performed on the piano by Michel Petrucciani, and it is a tribute to Pier Paolo Pasolini.
