ARTICLE 7 by Antonio Lubrano

Help your grandchildren now

These days, there is an explosion of elderly cinema stars in the papers: from Nino Manfredi, 82, to Serge Reggiani who got married for the third time in France, aged 81. From Liz Taylor, 71, who during the Oscars announced her retirement from the screen, to Marcel Marceau, the great French mime artist who is well over eighty, and is coming back to the stage.
But at the same time (I suppose, only by chance) on the same papers, one can find expert advice on how to treat the anxieties and fears of children regarding the war. "War is like a storm - a little girl wrote to a newspaper - It sweeps everything away". Therefore, grandparents must help their grandchildren against the storm. Now.
